For the May Bank Holiday weekend the current plan is to visit Pembroke or North Wales – dependent on the preferences of those going and the weather forecast. North Wales is currently preferred by those going. The plan will be to camp whichever venue is chosen (Dol Gam, Capel Curig in North Wales, or St. Petrox in Pembroke). The focus is likely to be on climbing, but good walking is available at either location.

Please let me know if you are interested and which venue you would prefer. This is an informal meet so those attending will be responsible for making their own arrangements re travel and climbing partners, but I will try to put people in touch if you let me know you are looking for people to climb or travel with. This is not a meet suitable for complete beginners to outdoor climbing – our beginners’ meets are coming up later as per the programme. If you have any doubts about your own preparedness for this meet please just ask.
