I’m arranging an IMC mountain biking weekend 2nd-4th November in North Wales.

A couple of people requested end of October time but the last 2 weekends of the month don’t work for me work wise.

I’ve chosen North Wales because of the good range of trails and trail centres and also mainly because we should have new bikes ready for collection in the Llandegla bike shop by then 😀

We will probably camp at Dolgam as usual because its very close to the Penmachno and Marin trails and central to the Coed y Brenin and Llandegla trail centres.

I’m away on holiday in France for 2 weeks from Saturday so will get the ball rolling regarding details when I get back. In the meantime if you are interested in joining us let me know.

Not planning to do anything terrifying or too technical. Penmachno and Marin trails are red graded. Llandegla red is very easy (most of the black trail is no worse than an average red) and coed y brenin has something for everyone graded green to black. A half decent hard tail bike will get you through anything I’ll be brave enough to ride!

Given the cooler time of year we will no doubt eat at the pub the Saturday night. I’m happy to sort a group booking for everyone, just let me know of you’d like to be included.
